How to Buy?

• Visit our gallery
• For online purchase: Once you have selected the artwork, please let us know the Unique Serial No. of the work through email along with your delivery address. We will let you know about the delivery charges (if any, however within New Delhi and surrounding areas, there is no delivery charges). Then you need to make the payment along with delivery charges. Once amount is being credited to us, we will dispatch the artwork at the designated address

Returns & Refunds

At Galerie Art Eterne, all purchases are final. We will accept returned goods only when they are being processed for a refund due to shipping or handling damage. If a painting has been damaged during shipping please contact us at info@gaeindia.com and we will process your case as expeditiously as possible. In the unlikely event of your receiving a damaged product, please do the following:

• Make note of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway bill, which you retain
• Appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery
• Please notify Galerie Art Eterne directly within 2 days of receipt of the painting if there is damage along with the details of the damage
• Send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s)
